Welcome and thank you for considering St Clare’s College for your daughter’s secondary education.
St Clare’s College is an Archdiocesan school administered on behalf of the Catholic Education Office, Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn. The College’s enrolment policies are determined by the Catholic Education Commission (Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn). Details of this policy and related information regarding enrolment at Catholic schools in the Archdiocese can be viewed on the Catholic Education Office website.
Parents enrolling their children in a Catholic System school are asked to complete an official enrolment form during the fixed annual enrolment period, usually the last three weeks of May. Applications received before or after the enrolment period are considered if vacancies still exist. Enrolments are taken in the May that your daughter is in Year 6.
St Clare’s is able to take enrolments from across the ACT and NSW as there is no longer a priority enrolment area for Secondary Colleges that are administered by the Catholic Education Office.
Since 1 January 2010 it is a mandatory requirement for all young people to participate in school (or approved equivalent) until they reach 17 years of age.
Full Fee Paying Overseas Students (FFPOS) will be considered for enrolment. St Clare’s College is registered through the Catholic Education Office on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) under CRICOS Provider Code 01814J.
