The Learning Curve Positive Wellbeing Program is a program that consists of an extensive array of evidence-based activities and tools to provide opportunities for students to self-assess, self-report by journaling and then set process self-expectations.
The program is outlined in the student diaries and each week students will spend time reading about and setting individual action goals regarding the weekly focus. At the end of each week, students will reflect on how they went in achieving their action goals. It is important that parents are also involved. Below you will find the weekly topic.
